Milner R5 driver Andy Degiulio has announced plans to return to the Britpart MSA British Cross Country Championship and he’s aiming to build on the second place he achieved at the final round last year.
Degiulio, the managing director of AJD Offroad, had mixed fortunes last season with his car suffering from a few problems through the year which hampered his hopes of getting a good championship position but he ended 2017 in style with second at Walters.
“The car has been overhauled over the winter and hopefully, after all the gremlins I had last year, it will prove to be more reliable and we can get some decent results,” said Degiulio. “Paul Jones will again co-drive and I’ll have factory support from Insa Turbo using their new Ranger A/T racing special compound tyres. I’m also hoping to use a new wheel rim developed for offroad racing from Revolution.”
The championship starts in early April with the opening event being held at Ceri forest in Wales. News and pictures from the championship can be found at facebook.com/msabccc.
